Nagios XI failing to upgrade

I have Nagios xi on CentOS release 6.7 (Final) and its failing to upgrade to the latest release but has been able to previously, the upgrade page keeps loading then gives unresponsive error page. The rest of the functions are working OK i can view graphs, add hosts OK etc.

What error are you receiving when you attempt to upgrade?
