im trying to do an integration of Nagios with BMC Remedy 7.6.04
The idea is to send custom email notification from Nagios, that will be parsed by ServiceDesk in order to create tickets, and close them automaticly if reported service/host returns to OK state.
that means Email integration between nagiosxi and BMC Remedy.
is there any API can be used for integration
if anyone has done such kind of work please share the knowledge.
any help will be highly appericiate.
