product activation error

Installing test box using unlimited license Error..The specified license and/or account number could not be found. Please see attached screen shots.

I think the error is your customer id is #####. Also, I'm going to remove the attached file for your security.

Thanks that worked...however..all quotes and invoices received reflect the company ID as ####..will make a permanent note

Hi,

Im getting the same error, im using the customer id given from

Nagios Library > My Subcriptions Tab > Product and Support Customers > ID
