this is exactly what i want to do. But i can't find the file of service definition in source code.

Service configs are located in the "/usr/local/nagios/etc/services/" directory. This won't not help you much though as in Nagios XI, you need to manage your objects under the Core Configuration Manager (CCM). Even if you modified the config from the CLI, you changes would be overwritten with whatever is in the database the next time you apply configuration.
I would recommend trying Nagios XI Enterprise edition, where you can use the "Bulk Modifications Tool" to add/remove contacts/contactgroups in bulk.
