Re: nagiosxi 2.6 gives wrong service availablity report
Can you please verify what version of Nagios XI you are using.

Re: nagiosxi 2.6 gives wrong service availablity report
i have mentioned it XI-2.6 also we noticed one more issue when we download any state history as a CSV it includes other services and state in excel file ( we checked one service state history but when we download as a csv it shows other services and state as well which is wrong this is in current xi-2.6 and xi latest 5.2.3 both version having an issue )

Re: nagiosxi 2.6 gives wrong service availablity report
I think the confusion on the version stems from the fact that there is no "2.6" version. There was 2012R2.6 and 2014R2.6, which are very different from each other. I assume you are using the 2014R2.6 version?
In regards to the screenshot, when you run the report on the right what options are set under the "Show Advanced Options" link?

yes we have 2014R2.6 kindly check new image with show adv option when we pull state history it gives us all critical events but with the same custom time period if we look at availablity report it shows 100%

Do you see any errors in the mysqld.log?
I was able to somewhat recreate the issue on one of my test boxes, but the discrepancies are so small that they could be caused by the rounding. We will have to do some more digging into this.
Are you seeing these issues with services on one host or multiple hosts? It is hard to say as you are hiding the names in the screenshot.

Re: nagiosxi 2.6 gives wrong service availablity report
dear hiding name but if you look at information its same interface and index howver this service is being renamed is it the cause we are getting 100% availablity even though state history has critical data ? or some other reason or bug ?

Re: nagiosxi 2.6 gives wrong service availablity report
I am not sure if it is a bug just yet.
So, you renamed the service? When this was done?
We will need to recreate the issue in-house in order to determine if this is indeed a bug.
