When I ping remote server from management server I get below output. ping do not happen with server name.

That seems fine then. Can you verify the date and time settings match up between the two machines? The DB server and the XI server.

I have changed DB servers time zone as per XI server and restarted nagios service and httpd service on XI. Still issue not resolved
