Tried the SUBST command. The check ignores those drives so I couldn't recreate the issue.
Only thing left is to split up the checks in to 2 smaller ones.

I figured subst wouldn't work, but it was worth a try.
I've been requested to provide a total of space used (why I don't know) by the SQL hosts, so dividing the checks into two isn't practical--its also a gruesome kludge...
So I guess we're back to its a defect in nsclient?

I would try the latest version of NSClient 0.5.x as there have been a lot of fixes since your version.
