Receiving service check time out error

Hi Support,

We are receiving below error for some of servers.Please let us know the cause of this error.

Service Check Timed Out On Worker: auscrpmonprd00.linux.epicorhosting.local)

I am seeing alerts in operations center. Please find attachment and do needful.Still receiving errors.

Email flood with these alerts.

Can you post your worker configuration file, and on the worker server run top|head -5.

Is your worker running properly? Can XI and the worker server still communicate?
