Mobile Phone Carrier not changing

One of my users changed his cell phone provider from AT&T to Verizon. He went into NagiosXI and changed the Mobile Phone Carrier setting and it shows, even now, that his phone is on Verizon. However, when an alert is sent out, it still tries to send it to AT&T.

Any suggestions?

Have you attempted to restart the nagios and httpd services?
