I was working on this 7 or 8 months ago and then got pulled away to other things. I was having problems getting Nagios XI to pull in predefined text messages like my core system was doing. I have to go back and catch up on where I was, but I believe I tried all the previous suggestions and it didn't quite get the job done.
I'll be more specific after I check some things tomorrow.

We can close this thread because there's more info in the other one. Then I'll redo the suggestions and move forward from there and I have more information about the situation. Hopefully this time I won't get pulled away from the problem before we can get it fixed.
