Hi, I have given Admin rights to AD users.
All reports are broken.
Users can see all data when they browse hosts and services.
AD user is able to see report every time I do some host / service changes and apply configuration. If I logout and login then reports are blank again. every time service restarts reports are available for that browser session. Once its closed / logged out then reports are blank.

This is odd. Are you experiencing the same issue if you try to use other browsers, or what happens?

Tried with Firefox, Chrome and Internet explorer. All are showing same symptom.

Can you try to remove the user, and add them once again? I ran in to something similar in one of my tickets, and that fixed it.

Removed and added Authentication source, Removed and added users but still the same issue. I even tried to restore the server to old backup but no luck. Our project is on hold due to this issue

We replicated what you are seeing and is seems to be a case sensitivity issue for the username and a BUG Report has been filed.
This should be resolved in the next release is XI.
Do you have upper case characters in the AD usernames?
If you recreate a user account with all lower case letters, can they view the report?

Yes, UserID's are in Uppercase on AD, When we imports it was created with Uppercase, I tried to login with upper case and I was able to see reports. Thanks for the update. We will wait for new version.

The bug will be fixed in the next release of Nagios XI. I can confirm that it is already fixed in the latest development revision. Is it all right if we close this thread?
