Nagios URL showing certificate error in IE11

Hi,

We have installed Nagios on the unix box. The URL is launching properly. Its showing certificate error in IE11 where as its fine in chrome.

Tried adding in the compatibility settings and also in trusted sites. Issue is not resolved. Please help

What OS did you install on?

Are you using a self signed certificate?

Also - what error is IE showing as problematic?

IE was throwing error saying address mismatch. We created the certificate from our Jump server and it worked.

Thanks for that update and glad to hear this is resolved. Sounds like you were initially receiving an error about a "Common name mismatch" where the URL specified in the cert does not match with what is typed in the browser's address bar. https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-certific ... error.html
