Francesco, I haven't been able to replicate the issue in-house.

Have you made any modifications to the system - dashlets, styling/css, etc.?

I noticed that you use URLs for the "server name". How long are these names (how many characters)?

Update: I was able to recreate the issue with a long server name, where the text spilled over to the "Host" column.
