Adding Custom Text to Email Alerts

We are wanting to add a line to the email alerts. We currently have Nagios XI monitored by an operations department, we are monitoring systems that are managed by different teams. Can we put a custom line in the service to inform our operations department who to contact if a certain event is triggered instead of just the generic email. I would like a line in here that would say something like "Please contact Infrastructure after 8am", however different alerts may be to contact Web Development etc...

Here is our current email alert:

I was able to get what i needed done with using Manage Variable Definitions.
