How to see graphs of MRTG on Nagios Core

Hi, i installed Nagios Core on Fedora, also installed MRTG,both are working seperately but how i can see graps generated by MRTG on Nagios.because i have to give seperate address for both to see the result.

To clarify, what graphs are you looking to see? Are these bandwidth graphs, or are you attempting to see the Nagios graphs on the second server?
