Users not able to access Nagios URL

Users not able to access Nagios URL

I have setup Nagios XI and launched XI web portal. I and my team can access the url link without any issue. However the users I added to Nagios cannot access nagios URL. What can be the issue?

What is the error that the users are seeing?

Nothing happens. Just the url remains in progress

Sounds like a potential firewall thing. Are the uses at a different location?

What is the URL you are giving them? Do they have a route to the network that XI is on?

Yes. Users are at different location. And there is no firewall issue.

From the users location, can they ping the Nagios server?

Are you giving them an internal IP or external IP?
