Login as root on the XI server, run the following to see if this helps.
Code: Select all
service nagios stop
killall -9 nagios
service nagios start
Wait a few minutes and if the report still has the error, run the following and post the output here.

Another point. When i try add any comment in a host or service the information don't was saved.

We try to address one issue per thread, can you open a new one for the notes isssue?
What is the output of these commands? -

The ps command's output was cut off, can you run the command like this and post the output?
Run this as well and post the output.
Can you go to Reports, Legacy Reports and run that Availability report?

I have copy the CGI file from the sample and put the permission for my apache user and now the report its works.
