Problem with nagios 4.0.5

Hi everybody, I have a problem with the mail queue service in my nagios core 4.0.5, when I try to see my mail queue in the monitoring web panel,
before defining the comand and the service, it says to me all time that mail queue is empty, what is not true.

It happens with two servers, one over ubuntu and the other one over windows server 2012

Is there anybody that could help me?
