LDAP / Active Directory Integration - SSL

We have progress, after chown'ing the directory, re-adding the certificate, re-configuring the connection to Active Directory and restarting apache I have a new error message.
When I go to "LDAP / Active Directory Import Users" and give my credentials I end up with this error:

Unable to authenticate: TLS error -8179:Peer's Certificate issuer is not recognized.

so I was tailing simultaneously the both files: /var/log/httpd/error_log /var/log/httpd/ssl_error_log and got this:
