Sorry - can't post anywhere else

Hi all,

New to all this.
I wanted to post under Customer Support -> Nagios XI but it seems I can only post here...can someone tell me how to fix that?
Searched through mods, even added 1 as a friend, but I cannot see a way to even contact them.....

I have a question in regards to updating Nagios XI 2014R2.7 to 5-2.5 and need some assistance.
