I tested an email to [email protected], and had no problem getting the mail through. I tested sending from both my work account and from a gmail account.
Could you try another email to [email protected]? Also, what is your customer ID number? I could check with them to see if they've received any sort of email.

We have got an email from Carmen Roby [mailto:[email protected]]
