You have exceeded your license limits

Post by DennisPR »

Hi,

We have setup an Nagios XI server in Azure next to the internal Nagios XI server that we are using.
This way we want to check if our environment is still available from the outside.
The server in Azure only monitors 2hosts, the local host and our internal Nagios server.
Based on the information I found on the Nagios site I don't think I need a license for the server running in Azure :

When I click on Open service/host problems, All service/host problems I get the following error :

Code: Select all

License Exceeded

Am I doing something wrong ?

Can you send a screenshot of your Admin -> License Information page?

The license was still set to the default "Licensed" settings io "Free (Limited edition without support)"
After changing that everything works fine. Thx!
