nagios dead but subsys locked

Hi All,

I having this error "nagios dead but subsys locked" in my newly installed nagios 4.0.1 every time I stop my it and it seems that it never stop.

Can you run the following command and post the output? This may have been related to a 4.0.1 bug that was fixed in 4.0.2.
tail -30 /usr/local/nagios/var/nagios.log
