We are not getting email notifications from nagios

Hello,

We could see that Nagios is sending the notifications when a service or host is in warning or critical state, however we are not getting any emails. Please help me in resolving this issue.

When you are on the host or service details page, if you send a custom notification do you get that email?

Can you please run this command and send us the output:
