Unfortunately, after a day, we're still seeing a 1% increase in disk usage.

Shoot. And it's not a possibility that you're receiving that much more data daily than you were at this point 60 days ago, is it?

It is possible and we are receiving more data than we were 60 days ago, but this is the part I don't understand....

A few weeks ago we were at 65% used on both servers (we have 2 nagios log server nodes and each has a 1TB disk to it.) We were keeping 90 days of logs with the scheduler. I changed it to 60 days and the next day, usage went down to 50%. After that, it kept increasing and now we're sitting at 68%. Am I wrong to assume that there's an issue here? Yes, we are receiving more data, but I don't see how we can increase it that much with the scheduler retaining only 60 days of 'stuff.' When I look in the Index Status page I only see 60 days. It definitely appears to be doing its thing, but the results are a bit perplexing. I can always throw more hardware at it, but if there's something wrong, we're going to be right back here again. Any ideas?

I would like to do a remote session so I can see your machine live. Can you email [email protected]? I'll take ownership of the ticket, and we can arrange a time that works for a remote from there.

I see a ticket has been received in our system, we'll move forward over there.
