Nagios XI 5.2.3
No matter which option I choose the Host and Service availability numbers stay the same. Pretty straight-forward issue. Not sure what is going on.
The report is generating.. It just seems to not be taking that box into account whether checked or not..

Re: SLA Report - Scheduled/Unscheduled Downtime not working
All right, so if the report is generated for the last 24 hours, and the service/host in question is scheduled down for 12 hours of that, the SLA report is still showing 50% instead of 100% when the 'Hide scheduled downtime' box is ticked? Want to make sure I have the steps to try to reproduce this correct.

Re: SLA Report - Scheduled/Unscheduled Downtime not working
Actually I guess that would be correct.
Saying this:
The default setting for the report has the "Hide unscheduled downtime" button unselected. I run the report and get my host and service sla data.
When I go to 'advanced' and select 'Hide unscheduled downtime' and re-run the report, I get the exact same values returned.

Re: SLA Report - Scheduled/Unscheduled Downtime not working
The bug you are having was fixed in Nagios XI version 5.2.4 so if you could upgrade your server, that should fix the issue.
Here is the link to the Change log if you want to review it.
