Availabiltiy Pie Charts not showing up

We're seeing an issue where some users are unable to see the Availability pie charts when looking at the various reports. (see attachment).

The graphs do show up when downloaded (either PDF or JPG).

We've tested this with both Windows and Mac clients and even with different users in the same browser session. All the users are full admins on the product and should have the same permissions.

Any ideas?

Turns out login names are case sensitive, but only when it applies to reports. Put all the usernames to lowercase and the issue resolved.

What version are you on, and which login name? When you log in to the XI GUI?
