Hi Team,

I have restarted the NSClient service and also checked nmap command, refer the attached output.

Yet I am facing same issue.

The other option of uninstalling the NSClient++ , I can uninstall it from control panel directly?

It looks to be listening properly, however, the nmap is reporting 12489/tcp as 'closed' which leads me to believe you have a firewall between the XI and client machine.

It could be windows firewall, or perhaps another one between. Can you please take a look at your network and see what's between XI and the client machine? Make sure that port 12489 is allowed through.
