Alert Timeline

Post by riredondo »

hello,

i've been running nagios xi and it's been doing great. been upgraded it already to R1.8. but i wonder why i cannot get any output every time i will try to run the "alert timeline" report. i've tried generating report from the shortest to the longest time range.. but nada.. still an empty report. would you have any idea what causes this?

any help will be appreciated.

We don't officially support Nagios XI when you use a proxy. You may be able to make it work but it could get more complicated and could create lots of issues for you.
Please, read our documentation on Using Nagios XI With Proxies:

http://support.nagios.com/wiki/index.ph ... th_Proxies

We haven't been able to recreate your Alert Timeline problem, so try installing the component on your new system and see if this issue is related to your current machine. If still doesn't work, we will have to dig more into it.

hi, sorry been for late feedback, been working on some urgent matter. as i looked on the alert timeline, it seems already working, i can now see the hour, day, month, and year... so i think it is already safe to say that the problem is on my previous machine. thank you so much for your inputs.
