Notification Messages - changing template

I need to change template message for E-mail Notification in Nagios XI.
Where can I do this change?
Has someone experience with this change?

It is very annoying to tell all users to change their E-mail Notification to work properly - so the best way is to change it in one place - but where ...

There currently isn't a way to template the emails like you are asking. I usually get around this by creating users from a user that I setup, with email notifications setup, so that the users created from the base user will have all that setup and I don't have to muck with it at all.
