Nagvis automap showing only one parent

Hey everyone,

I have 2 core switches, with underneath other switches, nagios map shows me double line if i configure 2 parents but nagvis only shows one parent.

How can I solve this? I've tried to change the settings of the map for instance show parents 2,5,10 but nothing changes.

Already done that but i don't get a response their. Hoping someone would have also encountered this and could help me out on this forum.

We can certainly leave this open for community feedback, but for the sake of our workflow I will ask that nothing further be posted unless it is related to the NagVis issue. We have a dashboard that shows posts needing answers, and another post will put this back on our dashboard, then we go into a loop of replying back and forth :)
