Question on sending Apache Logs from Linux

I have received the following message in my inbox. I have followed the link. However, it showed the "User Control Panel" screen and I do not know what I need to do next. I am available to the session either tomorrow Tuesday 4/5 at 10:00AM PST or Wednesday, 4/6 at 10:00AM PST.
