I have done another test this with a different Nagios XI server, at a different site, going through a different destination firewall (One closest to the Nagios XI), but talking back to the same Nagios Fusion server and going through the same source firewall (One closest to Nagios Fusion). Exactly the same result observed here, Dent TCP Connection every now and then. I have checked all the log files for any clues, no luck. Whenever monitoring the firewalls i have noticed one significant thing:
The Deny TCP Connection only happens on the connections between Nagios Fusion and Nagios XI. When I browse directly to the Nagios XI using https://nagiosxifqdn/, I can't see any Deny TCP Connection.
So I believe that the issue is somewhere in the way Nagios Fusion and Nagios XI communicate with each other.
In terms of paid support, we do have paid support.

If that's the case, do you mind if I move this thread to the Customer section of the forum? Had we known earlier that you were a customer we likely would have suggested a remote session. If you haven't talked to our Sales department about it yet, you may need to do so in order to gain access.michal.nastaly wrote:In terms of paid support, we do have paid support.

I believe that my team leader has emailed the sales team to add me and the other members of the team to the support account so we can post on this forum and get support help. No i do not mind if you move this thread to the Customer section of the forum.

Got it. Could you submit a ticket in referencing this thread, and we'll get a remote scheduled to take a deeper look at your environment?
