Notifications stopped working

Hello,

All of a sudden Notifications stopped working, the only change was we updated the Admin > Notification Management > Template and deployed to all users and contact groups.

At Home when I check the Notifications, I see that there are no notifications being generated.

Can you please help on resolving this problem.

What's under the 'Notification Preferences' on that screen? Also, what version of XI are you running?

got it resolved by applying the default template
