When you click on the link "Access Nagios XI" it doesn't redirect, but to https://<Nagios XI DNS name>nagiosxi, which is missing the "/" before "nagiosxi".
The hyperlink is correct - https://<Nagios XI DNS name>/nagiosxi/
Upgrade 5.2.5 to 5.2.7 failed. Can't bring up Admin web page
Re: Upgrade 5.2.5 to 5.2.7 failed. Can't bring up Admin web
I really think a remote session is going to be best for this - to my knowledge we haven't seen any similar issues with the 5.2.7 upgrade.
Can you please open a ticket by emailing [email protected] and referencing this thread? That way we can get into the system and troubleshoot much more efficiently.

Will do. I was going to call, but I'll do what you suggest.tmcdonald wrote:I really think a remote session is going to be best for this - to my knowledge we haven't seen any similar issues with the 5.2.7 upgrade.

Got your ticket, we'll continue there. I will close this up now so we're not doubling our responses.

My Director and my Manager are both not happy that the Admin web page is still not up.
I have stopped iptables on the server.
I have upgraded a couple of RPMs that Nagios XI 5.2.7 was noting.
I have stopped Nagios XI and Apache, I re-run "./upgrade -f", then restarted Apache and Nagios XI, and then checked the Admin web page - still not working.
We need to get this resolved A.S.A.P!

I've got your ticket from Monday, and I will be responding there since I don't want to discuss specifics of your environment on a public forum.
I will also be locking this thread now so we're not giving duplicate answers here and in the ticket.
