You sir, may have found a bug.

Any process perf counter I try to pull from NCPA comes back 0.0 as well.

The only way I can see to get CPU by process is to call api/process/ , after searching... I see you visited this problem last year with @scottwilkerson ;)

WOW I had totally forgotten about that. A lot has happened in a year.

Yeah let's mark it up as a bug/limitation. Looks like from reading my older github threads some other users determined that it was iffy at best, depending on the counter.

Let's hope this is addressed in 1.9.0.

While WMI is a perfectly acceptable way to get this information, having the ability to pull this information the API of NCPA (sans plug-ins) would make pulling data through a firewall that much easier.
