I have seen this only a couple of times. I am not sure what causes the reconfigure to get stuck but when this happens, the "reconfigure_nagios.lock" is still present, which creates issues. It is really hard to say why this happened though ("after the fact"). I will be locking the topic now. If you have any other issues/questions, please open a new thread.
