Pdf Attachment from dashboard is fuzzy and unreadable

I have created a Dashboard containing only the dashlet "Servicegroup Status Summary".
I have scheduled this dashboard to receive a daily mail containing the content of the dashboard as an attachment.
I receive correctly the mail but the attachment is fuzzy and unreadable.

Whatever dashboard that I create with any dashlet have the same issue.
When I do the same operation with a view or a report I do not have the issue. In these cases the attachment of the mail is correct.

Is there any limitations with dashboards? Is there a configuration to make the attachment correct?

I really need a fast answer because for us it is a major feature that we need as soon as possible.

What version of XI are you using? You can grab it from the bottom left hand side of the web interface. We may have a temporary workaround for you.

I have the version Nagios XI 5.2.5.
After investigation it seems that the parameter "--lowquality" of wkhtmltopdf is the source of my issue.
How is it possible to remove this parameter so that it will be applied to the dashboard report export ?
Can you give me a workaround or temporary fix.

Looking at the developers' commits, I can see that the issue has been fixed about a month ago. I would recommend updating your Nagios XI instance to the latest (5.2.7).
