My company has Customer Support subscription and I would like to know how the forum can be opened up for posting? I don't have access to send messages (as too new) else I would have contacted an Administrator.
If someone can send a message, I'll reply back with information.

You will need to email [email protected] with your username and the email that you used to register it, then they will grant you access.
