WebInject with Single Sign On?

Post by dlukinski »

Hello XI support

We are using Single Sign On (Oracle) for accessing multitude of intranet portals
Is there a theoretical way to get XI Webinject login to SSO first before checking on Portals?

Any other quality solution on checking web-transactions would work too. Really important to get his done.

Thank you

I'm not sure how SSO works, how do you integrate it with other systems? Can you show us any examples over the CLI so we can get an idea of what you're working with?

Oracle client which would pass credentials to portals (mostly NTLM-like Microsoft servers)
- since WebInject cannot do NTLM, I am trying to find ways to authenticate somehow.
- have you ever heard about any NAGIOS solution to deal with Web Transactions & NTLM ?
- maybe client-side scripts (running on some Windows hosts and passing run results to XI via NRPE ?)
