Recommended OS for new install

Hello, I need to upgrade our current NagiosXI server as it appears we have overgrown the current hardware. I was looking for some information on which OS I should use. Currently we have 1.8 running on CentOS 5.5. I was going to go with 6.0. Do not want to use VM. Please let me know if this is OK. Thank you.

We support CentOS and Red Hat, versions 5 & 6, either 32- or 64-bit. Any of these choices would be fine, although we seem to be having issues on CentOS 6 with packaging fairly often. These issues are usually resolved quickly, but it's something to keep in mind.
