To backup Mod gearman settings, do i just need to backup the /etc/mod_gearman directory ?

Or do we have any document on this

That folder is the default location for the Mod Gearman settings so that should work.
You may want to look at the Mod Gearman site for any other details.

Mod-Gearman v2 stores files in /etc/mod_gearman2/

The config files are all that you need to backup.
