Please check monitored iDRAC WSMAN related setting in installed Nagios plugin location.
Below are the files need to be check:

<NAGIOS_HOME>\dell\resources\dell_resource.cfg
<NAGIOS_HOME>\dell\scripts\.dell_device_comm_params.cfg

Sorry guys, I stopped following the thread after I've posted on dell forum.
Thanks for getting back to me, I will test this again and report back

That's exactly what I needed to check
/usr/local/nagios/dell/resources/dell_resource.cfg had the default password calvin, I've changed mine to something else so it makes sense why it didn't work
