Nagios License Clarification

Dear Nagios Team,


Please clarify below queries on Nagios License.

1. Is NagiosXI Perpetual License?...If yes please clarify below 2 points
​
( If customer purchased NagiosXI Enterprise License and not renewed next year what will happen)

a) Is it automatically downgrade from NagiosXI Enterprise to Standard?

b) Is customer able to operate all devices as it was in NagiosXI Enterprise but with less features (like standard edition)?

2. Device limitation on Nagios Network Analyzer

a) Is it unlimited devices license for Nagios Network analyzer or it has some limitations?
