Hi Team,

Please refer the attached snapshot, its shows different dashlets options in Nagios fusion, we are using custom URL dashlet option.

We have specified the URL link of "service status" page of nagios XI in the custom URL dashlet in fusion using "get permalink".

Then we have deployed it to different teams.

Kindly let us know for any further information required.

The "Custom URL Dashlet" is a Nagios XI dashlet, not a Fusion one...
I have to take this back. I was wrong about it. :( I didn't see a "Custom URL Dashlet" available in my test Fusion box, so I assumed it was a Nagios XI dashlet only. However, I found the dashlet on Nagios Exchange:
https://exchange.nagios.org/directory/C ... on/details

How did you install the "Custom URL Dashlet"? I noticed that the one on Exchange is newer than yours. You are using Version: 1.0, and the one I just installed on my test Fusion box is Version: 1.1. Can you try updating the dashlet to see if this is going to fix your problem?

Hi Team,

As I have previously mentioned that, this session timeout message is faced by only few users, whereas rest of the user can access the dashboards successfully.

So I think updating the fusion to 1.1 will not provide the solution.

Kindly guide us further.
Thanks & Regards,

Are all the teams able to access the URL that the Custom URL Dashlet is using? Is it internal or external? Can you post the URL for us to look at?

The fact that it's working for some, but not others makes me believe it may be a routing issue.

Are you seeing any errors in your /var/log/httpd/error_log or /var/log/httpd/ssl_error_log?

We may want to move this into a ticket, please send in an email to [email protected] with a descriptive subject and detailed body with a link back to this thread so that we can get a remote session setup.

Thank you
