Help resolving alert issues
We are experiencing an issue where an email contact we have setup is receiving 'ok' or 'up' status notifications, but we not receiving 'down' status alerts. I assume we have misconfigured the settings, but not sure how to resolve this. Attached is a screenshot of the alert settings for this contact.....

Can you PM over a profile for us to look at? (Admin -> System Profile -> Download Profile)
Additionally, what is the name of host or service that isn't receiving the 'down' status alerts? Also, which contact?

Just to clarify - is this for EVERY host and service, or just some in particular? I know you mentioned the contact in the PM, but didn't see a specific host / service.
Something else I wanted to point out - looking at your notification_commands, it seems like some of your users are using notify-service-by-email and some are using xi_service_notification_handler. Keep in mind that with the ones who are assigned notify-service-by-email, it will not follow the manage email settings page, but just send directly from the Nagios machine.
