NPCD is collecting, but can't see the graphs

Nagios Version: 5.2.7

One of my Nagios Servers is not showing any graphs. I check npcd, which is running in the process list and processing perf data.

Enabled Debug Mode on NPCD: Below are some of the logs:

Do you have a large amount of spooled files?

Tested each of the steps and was not able to find why the perf data is not available or being displayed.

When you try to view the graphs, are the blank, do you receive an error message?
If you receive an error message, can you post it?
Did the graphs work in the past and they quit functioning ot have they never worked at all?

Can you run the following commands as root on the Nagios server and post the output?

Did the graphs work in the past and they quit functioning ot have they never worked at all?
They have not worked to my knowledge.

Have you modified your Nagios XI instance in any way prior to experiencing performance graphs issues, i.e. utilizing a RAM disk, rrdcached, upgrading rrdtool, pnp4nagios, etc.?

Can you post the following files - /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg, /usr/local/nagios/etc/commands.cfg, /usr/local/nagios/etc/pnp/npcd.cfg, and /usr/local/nagios/etc/pnp/process_perfdata.cfg in code wraps?
