Best approach for excluding weekends from monthly SLA

Post by dlukinski »

Hello XI support

What would be the best support for excluding weekends and non-business hours from monthly SLA report?
- we have to be alerted anyways, so not sure if downtimes would be a good option?

Thank you

In the SLA report screen, click on the Advanced link and use the Report Time Period pull down menu to select the time period you want in the report's output.
If the time period isn't what you want, you can create one to your liking and use that for the report.
