Troubles in integrating LOG with XI via NRDS

Hello Nagios Support

We've followed this manual for enabling XI and LOG alerts integration: https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... 1440767175

Unfortunately we are unable to get any alerts at XI end (yes NRDS enabled successfully, but maybe configuration is incorrect since nothing appears in "Unconfigured objects at XI ends)

Can you show us a screenshot of your Alert that is setup? Also, just to make sure, have you verified your NRDP settings and token are correct?

I just got 1 alert through. Please confirm it is no need to configure NRDS configurations, only matter of:
- enabling NRDS at XI end (following manual)
- providing server link and token to LOG
- initiating LOG alerts and checking on unconfigured objects to get configurations in place
