Hello,
I have a group monitored services at the BPI .
The problem I am having is that the parent node remains green even though I have added a child node as Essential Member.
I attach screenshots .
Can you tell me why?
Thanks so much!
Ines

Re: NAGIOS XI BPI
I am testing BPI 2.4.4 and I tried the High and Medium priority tabs and have found that both EM work for me . Any other information you can provide like what version you are using and maybe double check you are selecting the correct service.

Re: NAGIOS XI BPI
I do not know which tests to do !
I'm desperate.
My configurations are represented in the image !
And it comes to group service .
I also tried to change the level of importance as was suggested in the post above, but nothing!
Would you have any advice ?
